For Filmmakers
Prototype and Stylize Entire Scenes — With Continuity
ShotLock gives filmmakers a way to develop visual language without expensive production commitments — and apply that language consistently to every shot.
Get Early AccessBuilt for the Way Filmmakers Work
Every feature maps to a real problem in the filmmaking process — not just general AI tooling.
Visual Development
Explore multiple visual directions for a project before committing to expensive production or grade work.
Character Consistency
Lock actor identity across stylized frames — important when the footage will look dramatically different from the source.
Scene Prototyping
Build scene references and test how locations feel under different stylization presets before final decisions.
Speed Up Pre-Production
Generate mood reel material, concept visuals, and director reference cuts at the speed of a render queue.
Save Style Packs Per Project
Each film project gets its own Style Pack. The look is encoded, not approximated from memory or prompts.
Stay in DaVinci Resolve
No round-trips. Your timeline, your media pool, your grade — ShotLock fits inside your existing Resolve workflow.
The Workflow
From Concept to Stylized Cut
ShotLock plugs into the stages of production where visual identity decisions happen.
Shoot or source your reference footage
Use any footage — production stills, rough camera tests, or existing clips. ShotLock works with what you already have inside Resolve.
Create a Style Pack from your visual references
Define the look: palette, lighting feel, lens character, tone. Save it as a Style Pack that can be applied to every clip in this project.
Add Character and Scene Cards for your cast and locations
Drop in reference photos for each actor and location. ShotLock uses these as IP-Adapter conditioning anchors on every rendered frame.
Submit a render queue for your clips
Select the clips you want stylized, choose the Style Pack, and hit Submit. ShotLock processes everything locally and tracks progress in real time.
Review results and import back into your timeline
Stylized clips land automatically in your Resolve media pool. Swap them into your timeline, review, and adjust settings if needed.
Key Features
What Filmmakers Use Most
Style Packs
Capture the visual language of your project — palette, lighting, lens character, tone — as a reusable preset. One Style Pack keeps every clip coherent, even when rendered days apart.
Learn more →Apply the same cinematic look across every shot in your project without re-entering prompts or hoping for consistency.
Character Lock
Reference photos of your cast become IP-Adapter conditioning anchors. Faces, wardrobe, and identity stay consistent across every stylized frame — even under heavy stylization.
Learn more →Use 2–5 reference photos per character. ShotLock anchors the AI output to those references on every rendered frame.
Scene Continuity
Locations and environments stay coherent across cuts. A forest stays a forest. An apartment stays an apartment. The AI doesn't reinvent the background between shots.
Learn more →Scene Cards anchor the environment so your locations don't transform between shots when heavily stylized.
