What happens to my license after early access?

Your license is grandfathered — you keep full access at no additional cost when we move to general pricing.

Can I upgrade from Creator to Pro later?

Yes, you can upgrade and we'll credit your Creator purchase toward the Pro price.

What is a machine license?

One machine license means you can install and activate ShotLock on one computer. Pro includes 3 machine licenses.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes — 14-day refund policy if the plugin doesn't work in your setup. Reach out to support and we'll make it right.

Do I need to be online to use ShotLock?

Only for the initial license activation. After that, ShotLock runs fully offline.

What GPU do I need?

SD 1.5 presets (512px) work on any GPU with 6GB+ VRAM, including Apple Silicon. SDXL presets (1024px) require 10GB+ VRAM or 16GB+ RAM on Apple Silicon. Both are included in all plans.

What is the difference between SD 1.5 and SDXL presets?

SD 1.5 renders at 512px and is fast on any modern GPU. SDXL renders at 1024px with sharper detail and more refined output — noticeably better for portrait and facial shots. You choose per-job from inside the plugin.
