1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using ShotLock you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.
2. License
ShotLock is sold as a personal, non-transferable software license. Creator licenses cover 1 machine. Pro licenses cover 3 machines. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute ShotLock.
3. Permitted Use
You may use ShotLock for personal, commercial, and client work within the bounds of your license tier. Creator licenses are for personal and freelance use. Pro licenses extend to small team and commercial studio use.
4. GPU and Hardware Requirements
ShotLock requires a compatible GPU and a working local ComfyUI installation. We do not guarantee the product will work on all hardware configurations. Check the system requirements before purchasing.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If ShotLock does not work in your setup and you've followed the setup guide, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days or for change-of-mind requests after the product has been in active use.
6. Updates
Updates are included during the early access period. Post-launch update policy will be communicated ahead of any changes. Existing license holders will not be charged for updates without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShotLock is provided as-is. We are not responsible for output quality, AI model behavior, compatibility issues outside documented configurations, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the software.
