Cancel your pre-order
You can cancel a ShotLock pre-order for a full refund at any time before your license is delivered. You don't need to give a reason.
How the pre-order works
- You pay the full price today. Your card is charged once, when you pre-order. There is nothing more to pay later.
- There is nothing to download yet. ShotLock isn't released. We currently expect to ship in Q1 2027. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
- Your license arrives by email on release day, along with the download link.
- Cancel any time before then for a full refund. No reason needed. Do it yourself at resolveaiplugins.com/refund.
- If the ship date moves, we'll email you first so you can decide whether to wait or take a refund.
- After your license is delivered, the standard 14-day refund applies if ShotLock doesn't work in your setup.
Get your refund link
Enter the email you used to pre-order. We'll email you a link to review the order and confirm the refund. Nothing is refunded until you confirm.
Paid with a different email, or something not working? Write to support@resolveaiplugins.com and we'll refund you within 2 business days.
